This grain free ‘granola’ is so addictive. Sprinkle it on top of your chia pudding, add it to some natural yogurt and berries for a lovely healthy dessert or as I do sometime, just nibble on it as a snack.

This recipe is made with buckwheat which is actually a fruit seed and not a grain.
