Now I’m far from a gym addict. If I could go through life without exercising I would, but I know how important exercise is to good health and good mood too. So to make sure I get some physical activity, I find things I enjoy. One of those exercises for me is kettle bells. Kettle bells are a great way to get some strength exercises into your routine, but when I mention strength training, many women think it’s going to make them ‘bulky’.
As well as being a great taste combo, the ingredients of this soup are also helpful for digestion. Fennel is widely known for being a stomach soother and the fibre in the carrots and vitamin C from the orange help with keeping you regular. Fennel can also help to relieve water retention and bloating. So if you’re just not feeling right in the belly region, this soup could be just what you need!
Now you can have your cake and eat it! This is great for anyone who is trying to reduce their carb intake, is gluten intolerant or those of us who just like cake.
It has no refined sugar and because I’ve used almond flour it also packs a protein punch. It’s moist, light and utterly delicious!
Bite size oaty goodness that beats a biscuit any day. With no added sugar these are healthy little treats that will go down well with children and adults alike.
Yummy, moist protein packed and gluten free. These muffins will hit the spot when you fancy something a bit cakey (no monkeys were harmed in the making of these muffins). Enjoy for breakfast or as a tea time treat!
