With heart healthy almonds and pistachios, aromatic cardamom and tangy cranberries, these little cookies are very moreish and are a great accompaniment to a nice cup of tea.
Nuts are a great snacking option and they are full of healthy fats but plain nuts can get a bit boring sometimes so why not spice them up a little bit. The only problem is you may not be able to stop once you get a taste of these so practice moderation and don’t have more than a handful a day.
Hummus makes a great protein packed snack for those times you get the munchies. Great to dip your veggies in or spread over some oatcakes.
