Paleo Friendly Nutola
This grain free 'granola' is so addictive. Sprinkle it on top of your chia pudding, add it to some natural yogurt and berries for a lovely healthy dessert or as I do sometime, just nibble on it as a snack.

  1. 40g pecans
  2. 40g cashews
  3. 40g macadamia nuts
  4. 30g hazelnuts
  5. 30g pistachios
  6. 40g almonds
  7. 40g coconut chips
  8. 15g sunflower seeds
  9. 15g pumpkin seeds
  10. 10g chia seeds
  11. 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  12. 2 tbsp. honey
  13. 25g dried cherries
  14. 25g dried blueberries
  15. 25g dried cranberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C
  2. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and honey and add to a large bowl.
  4. Add all the other ingredients and mix well until all the nuts and seeds are coated with the coconut oil and honey.
  5. Empty the mixture out onto the baking parchment and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, giving it a mix every 10 minutes to make sure the edges don't burn.
  7. When golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to completely cool down before transferring to an airtight container.
