You’ve probably heard the term wellbeing by now, it’s quite the buzz word at the moment, but what does it actually mean?
Well, according to the Oxford Dictionary, wellbeing is “The state of being comfortable, healthy or happy”.
How would I describe it? I would say wellbeing means to be in a state of balance, living with vitality, energy, health and enthusiasm. It’s about squeezing as much juice out of life as possible.
I come across so many people that are out of balance because they are busy with careers and juggling the many roles and responsibilities they may have in life.
